VERTICAL MAGNETIC SURFACE HORIZONTAL MAGNETIC SURFACE
EZ-LEVEL-PRO, an advanced dual axis inclinometer system equipped with a remote tilt sensing probe allows continuous monitoring of PITCH and ROLL angles on a remote high resolution color display handheld controller. Menu driven system lets users change and select various display functions while being located away from the actual tilting surface.
The remote Aluminum probe has both vertical and horizontal reference surfaces and provides users with an ability to secure the probe on flat horizontal and on round/rectangular vertical structures.
Upon special requests the probe can be produced from Gerolyte, Noril, Delrin, Stainless Steel, Titanium or other exotic materials. Optional magnetic bottom surface for instantaneous installation of the tilt probe on any ferrous surface without additional clamps.
EZ-LEVEL-PRO has integrated USB port for direct computer interfacing.
Test data can be logged in real time via any terminal program and used for further analysis or record keeping.

Standard configuration of the EZ-LEVEL-PROBE includes a carry case, sensor probe with a 20 foot cable, command reference laminated card, 9Vdc battery. System can be ordered with custom probe cable length. Additional 10 foot stackable probe cable extensions are also available.
The tilt probe is water proof up to 10 meters. System with single continuous cable length of 30 foot minimum can be used in shallow water submersible applications. The handheld display section is “dry end” use only.
Possible uses for the EZ-LEVEL-PRO include but not limited to construction, rig alignment, ”I” beam positioning, heavy equipment installation, CNC alignment, elevator shaft rail installation, antenna orientation, etc….

MENU description
The selection and change of various display options is performed via an intuitive menu by pressing the four tactile buttons under the display window in an order described below.
To activate changes restart the system.
The buttons from left to right are: MENU DOWN UP ENTER
The process of making changes via the menu starts by pressing the MENU button.
After the MENU button is pressed, a vertical list of five items appears on the display.

MAX TILT = Total +- tilt range to be equivalent to a full left-right and up-down travel of a bulls eye.
Press MENU button, then use UP/DOWN buttons to stop at MAX TILT
To select MAX TILT, press ENTER button
Use UP/DOWN buttons to select the desired tilt range, Press ENTER button.
Press MENU button.
Use DOWN button to select SAVE & EXIT, press ENTER

ZERO = This option will make the present orientation of the probe to display ZERO on the display.
Restarting the system will rest the ZERO to its original calibrated value.
Press MENU button, then use UP/DOWN buttons to stop at ZERO
To select ZERO, press ENTER button
Position the probe at desired New Zero orientation, Press ENTER button.
Press MENU button.
Use DOWN button to select SAVE & EXIT, press ENTER

SOUND = Buzzer will sound an audible signal when the bulls eye is in the GREEN null indicating zone.
Press MENU button, then use UP/DOWN buttons to stop at SOUND
To select or cancel SOUND, press ENTER button
Use ENTER button again to select ON or OFF.
Press MENU button.
Use DOWN button to select SAVE & EXIT, press ENTER

Review version, serial number and date information.

SAVE & EXIT = selecting this option will save the changes and restart the system.
